CYSTIC LESIONS???: I am not clear about your statement of cystic lesion without description. Perineural cyst(Tarlove cysts) in the sacrum region are usually asymptomatic. But they can cause pain some times. Any other cystic lesion in the intra or extradural location will require close clinical correlation. eg. Synovia cyst or benign and malignant cystic masses of the conus or nerve roots etc...,
