Mri report: hi ~ tiny cystic etc,means that theres a few tiny bone cysts in the top of the tibia where the cartilage of the joint meets the bone. The tibial plateau is there surface of the tibial aspect of the knee joint and it usually the cartilage of the joint. Osteo chondral tear, means tear of cartilage off bone.Sounds like you have a bucket handle tear of cartilage and will need arthroscopy. Go back Orth
