Yes: You should seek immediate medical attention because nerve compression from spinal problems can cause bowel and bladder incontinence. It's not clear from your brief description if that is what's happening but if so, this is an emergency and something that needs to be ruled out asap.

Not directly, but...: Some problems like cauda equina, which is a problem with the bottom of your spinal cord, can cause back pain and bowel/bladder problems. You should be evaluated by your doctor, especially if you have any leg weakness which could indicate a surgical emergency.
