Extremely painful to urinate, doesn't feel same as uti (had years ago)... low body temp 96.7 (usually always 98.6)...pain in upper back..any thoughts?

R/o Pyelonephritis: 31 year old woman with RA, cardiac history with catheterization currently with extreme pain with urination, back pain, low body temperature. You should be seen in the ER to rule out kidney infection or urosepsis and kidney stones. You need a full exam and evaluation UA lab tests.
