R/o Pyelonephritis: 31 year old woman with RA, cardiac history with catheterization currently with extreme pain with urination, back pain, low body temperature. You should be seen in the ER to rule out kidney infection or urosepsis and kidney stones. You need a full exam and evaluation UA lab tests.
