No : No the high sugar will not mess with creatine or creatinine levels. You need your diabetes controlled however. Work on that with your doctor. Creatinine is usually measured in the blood while creatine is very seldom tested. The higher the blood creatinine the worse the kidney function, in general.

Diluted urine: A low creatinine is not from elevated sugars, but from excessive water drinking, which is common in diabetics. It means you are drinking enough water to dilute your urine. It is not dangerous, but most drug tests will be considered "adulterated" - a failed test - if the creatinine is below 20. Get your diabetes under control asap. Continued high sugars are dangerous to your health.
