Unlikely to be due: to a high blood pressure, which you are being treated for, and head pressure or headaches, aren't usually a symptom of uncontrolled hypertension, may be in severe cases. You can simply measure your blood pressure to make sure it is within normal range, take a pain killer, if still suffering, see your doctor to rule out eye, sinus problems, maybe tension headache, or any other cause, best wishes
