No effect: These activities in the normal way do not have any effect on intraocular pressure or the progression of ocular hypertension. I can imagine some very athletic sexual positions in which your head is well below the level of your heart, which might temporarily increase the eye pressure but this would not be chronic and therefore would not cause harm.
