I checked my father's suger level at evening 4.30 after meal it shows 480 is there any problem. my father drinking glucose orange since 1 month daily.

See a doctor: Get his diabetes checked & treated as soon as possible. He needs to stop glucose & orange juice May eat an orange. Low carbohydrate diet.

Many problems: By definition your father has diabetes if this glucose level is true. He needs to be evaluated in the next week for the long term effects of untreated diabetes which includes kidney, eye and nerve damage. He then needs a crash course in managing diabetes & will likely take medication. Cut off the sugary drinks and sugar added foods until he gets proper instruction.

Diabetes: A random blood glucose higher than 200 is diabetes and your father has uncontrolled diabetes. He should consult a doctor for management of his illness.

This is serious: Your dad’s diabetes is seriously out of control and whether or not he gets a nice drink is almost moot. He needs to be under much better physician management and/or more compliant.
