Yes it is: Possible. Depending on how much carbs was in the meal and what meds you take. Glucose 80-100 is normal. The discrepancy of 80-85 is within machine and sample variance. Your diabetes sounds like it is under good control. You would need to get hgba1c to get a better idea.
