Dinner 630pm. checked glucose at 1030pm because im always lightheaded, shaky, and hungry soon after meals. it was 78. i imagine its even lower when im very hungry. is this normal level? concern is i feel unwell between meals? lamictal side effect?

Yes, this glycemia is completely normal at 4 hours after meal at your age and it should not cause any symptom at all. If lamictal is new to you, those could be its side effects than postprandial reactive hypoglycemia.
