I had low iron march this year.i received 1000mg and have been better since but i also have low iron abaorption.im 3weeks pregnant now, should i be drinking iron of receiving iv drips? my dietician suggested i drink ferrimend and alternative drips

Is there some reason: that you are not taking oral iron? ferrous sulphate, ferrous phosphate or prenatal multivits with iron? Routine blood tests should include: CBC, serum ferritin, TIBC ( totoal iron binding capacity and screening for bleeding disorders?
