Being a Mom: I would first ask why you are not asking if it is okay or healthy to be 'drinking and smoking' with a new born living baby in your home? The family disease of addiction and the diseases caused by second hand smoke are very real and very dangerous to the future life of the baby you already have. But, yes, smoking and drinking when pregnant puts the health of the fetus also at risk.
