Details unclear...: "Sickness" is not very descriptive and hard to comment on. By itself, "yellow mustard poo" without other symptoms wouldn't concern me. Iron is great for anemia; however, is she taking synthroid (thyroxine) for her thyroid? Speak with your pediatrician so they can get more clear on your concerns and ensure that your daughter is getting the care she needs.
