I found a few studies that said less than .7mm sac growth per day means 90% chance of miscarriage, even if embryo is growing appropriately. true?

Diagnosis: The diagnosis of a miscarriage is made carefully as obgyn would want to give every pregnancy a chance to make it. We would not diagnosis miscarriage by the metrics you mention without taking into account other factors and gestational age.
