I'm suppose to be 8 weeks today and had sonogram. fetus heart rate 75. does this mean miscarriage? what are my chances.

Likely: A slow fetal heart rate - bradycardia, could indicate a heart problem or a lack of oxygen to the fetus. If there is a prolonged measured rate of 75 the prognosis is not hopeful. Did they measure the rate over a prolonged period? Good luck.
