VIRAL URI: Nasal congestion and non-reproductive cough are most likely due to viral upper respiratory infection, or mild flu. Fluids should be increased, activity lessened, aspirin for mild fever, over-the counter medications as needed. If symptoms worsen or persist, see a trusted physician.
