Nasal congestion: Hi You use a humidifier, suction his nose and use some saline drops. IF he noted to be a little fussy it is ok to use fever reducer. If cough gets worse, he seems persistently fussy then he may need to be seen.

Cool mist humidifier: Use a cool mist humidifier saline nose drops.Keep his head end elevated.Do not smoke around him.If he gets worse get him checked
