Not particularly: Fever within 24 hrs of the injections may be due to her immune systems reaction to the vaccines. Fever in this amount is often due to the pneumococcal vaccine, but is not particularly worrisome. I would mention it to the doc before your next set, but it is neither a worrisome reaction or one that would signify something bad happening. Fever meds can help & it should be gone within 48 hrs.
