To ER: When a child is not consolable,especially with a fever. that is serious. Take her to the ER now. Better safe than sorry.

She sounds ill: It sounds like your daughter is in pain and needs to be seen. Her fever could be from a significantly painful throat infection, a painful bladder infection, or another serious illness. I would have her seen by a doctor right away.
