Imitation meats!: Stores (esp. health food stores) are filled with vegan products that imitate the flavor and texture of meat, made from beans, mushrooms etc. There are many veggie-burgers and faux chicken, bacon, sausage etc. Some have dairy or eggs, many are not that healthy as filled with chemicals and GMO's but you can find some healthy choices. Over time your tastes may change. See https://tinyurl.com/ya7sw2z2

Vegeburgers: You will soon be comfortable without meat. Consider a vit B12 supplement. Especially if menstruating, check serum ferritin.

Read/learn/consult: The best way to be a successful vegan is to grow up in a family that lives that way. If you did not, you need to make a real effort to explore the lifestyle and dietary differences that could lead you into real medical trouble. It is not as easy is just avoiding meats. You may want to work with a clinical dietitian to learn the basics or join a vegan lifestyle group.
