From what ?: If the issue is your casual or regular use of any drug, there is no "Clean out". Abstinence may clear your system enough that a urine screen would be negative. However, if you are on the Child protective service radar & they want me to check the baby for drug exposure I will find at least trace amounts used after the 1st trimester. Be honest with your OBGYN and you may avoid issues.
