My 8 month old has had a low grade fever of 100 degrees for 3 days. no other symptoms. any ideas of why he just has a fever?

Usually viral: Most kids in that age group have 5-7 upper respiratory & 2-3 diarrheal viruses/yr. They may or may not have many symptoms or have fever. I wouldn't loose sleep over low grade fevers if the kid acts okay.
