Body aches: Hello. When a fever develops, it is very common for there to be associated muscle aches/pains as well as headache, eye pain, and stomach aches. This pain can be in any muscle, including those of the feet. The pain should improve with reduction of the fever with an anti-pyretic such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen. If the pain/fever does not respond to this, he should seek immediate medical help.
