Why would antihistamines make me feel unwell, every time i take them i get muscle/bone pain/ache. cant see anyone else mention this as a side effect.

About feeling unwell: "Feeling unwell" means different things to different people. It is hard to guess what one person means when she says "feeling unwell." Some antihistamines can have some side effects such as: drowsiness, headache, dizziness, agitation (restlessness or moodiness in children), dry mouth, dry eyes, blurred vision, difficulty peeing (urinary retention), etc...
