Height no change: If you have started your menses you have likely reached your growth. You can have a bone assessment done to see if your growth plates are closed. All the best.

Basics: Most women will grow for at least a year or 2 after 1st menses but generally stop at 16-17. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can show if you have growth centers open to more growth, if closed you are done. Once the growth centers close no diet/exercises/stretches or drugs can trigger more growth.
