Heart rate: There are multiple applications available to monitor heart rate and rhythm. The use of a FitBit, iWatch, or similar device may give a truer measure of your heart rate especially if done not only with exercise but while resting or sleeping. If your heart rate remains elevated, I recommend seeing your healthcare provider.
