A 37-year-old female asked:
Disclaimer

I have a fast resting heart rate. I'm 30 and female. I work out moderately. My heart rate is 95 on average and never less than 85. Is that too high?

Consult.: An average resting heart rate usually is around 60-70. Why it is high for you need to be evaluated. Hyperthyroidism , anemia etc, need to be excluded. Consult your md!
