I am taking 10mg of adderall and notice my heart rate is often 100-130 with minimal exertion. i am concerned this is too high? is it damaging my heart? resting can get down to high 80s low 90s but the majority of the day it is well over 100?

Although Adderall can make the heart rate increase, this would not damage your heart. If you’re resting heart rate is that high on Adderall, you should return to the physician who prescribed it for you to discuss whether you need to adjust the dosage or get off of the medication. Good luck.
