Swelling & Knee: The ankle swelling is likely from a circulatory issue and the knee pain may be a torn meniscus or arthritis. Both need to be diagnosed by your doctor who can then help you. Peace and good health.

See doctor: bilateral ankle swelling can indicate cardiac insufficiency, local vascular problems, metabolic imbalance or local blockage. Severe pain in the dorsal foot and knee pain are not necessarily related. Time to schedule with your primary care practitioner.
