Depends: Most women who have an adequate sized pelvis (exam) and normal sized baby can do a VBAC. The issue would be considered with an understanding the delivery type is usually dictated by events that occur during labor. If the next one is also breach or too big, it may need CS. Any VBAC labor would be handled with an operating room standing ready should a problem arise with the baby.
