The Diagnosis of: a Rash as you describe is NOT POSSIBLE without either an in person visit to a Medical Professional or a VIRTUAL consultation with photos and/or webcam! I can "guess" that the sudden arrival indicate a viral skin disorder eg "Pityriasis Rosea....Is there a large "football shaped" patch on your side/buttocks ?????? Hope this is helpful Dr Z
