I have a small red patch of dry skin below one eye. i have never had dry skin or rashes on my face; should i have this checked out or wait for a bit?

Rash: May represent several things from seborheic dermatitis to rosacea to skin sensitivity or contact dermatitis due makeup. Yes see physician. Can't make diagnosis w/ o picture or seeing rash and whether other clues like dandruff(scales) on eyelids, eyebrows or other clues. Simple until see dr. Use cerave facial wash, and cream. Safe. Over counter.

Probably ok to wait: This may be an area of dry skin or an area of irritation from soap or cleaning. It should be safe to wait to see if it resolves. If not, or if it worsens, then get it checked.
