Hi. i am 4 weeks pregnant and went for a scan today. doc saw two sacs on each side of my uterus. one on the left and one on the right. one sac measured 1.77cms already. is it possible i could be having twins?

US report ? Twins: In general, very early ultrasounds can be quite helpful to determine gestational dating. Other aspects of an early ultrasound may be more difficult to determine, and this is why you may require another one in the later stages of the pregnancy. Please check with your doctor or nurse midwife for any specific questions regarding the results, and for prenatal care, including prenatal vitamins.
