Get instructions: Clexane injections are given very superficially just barely below the skin. It is very important that someone teaches you how to use them before you start doing them on your own. If you are using them correctly then it is impossible to hit the uterus. Make sure you are trained before attempting to use them on your own. Your question implies that you have not been taught adequately.
