Pain gone: The stone is likely passed if your pain is gone, you have likely passed the kidney stone. I would not stop a medication that has been given to you by your primary or urologist until you have discussed it with them unless you are having bad side effects to the medications. There is no significant harm in taking it for an additional night and discussing it with your doctor in the AM. Be well.

Depends: It depends on where your kidney stone was when you started having pain. If it was in your ureter(connects the kidney to the bladder) and now is in your bladder, your pain may temporarily resolve. Again, if this is case, you may have severe pain, if and when the stone moves from the bladder and then is "urinated" out!
