Diagnosed with kidney stone a week ago d/t severe llq abd pain. rx flomax, tordol, zofran. no imaging, ua only. have not passed stone. now having some ache and sharp pains in kidney area. wondering if this is urgent or if can wait a week to see pcp?

Renal colic pain: Typical symptom of kidney stones. Sudden pain happens when stone gets stuck along the urinary passages and goes away as the stone moves on. Not an emergency unless it doesn't go away. Drink plenty of water
