Suppositories: YOu can get some glycerin suppositories to help bm. the constipation is from the oxycodone. If you will need it longer start on some bisacodyl and take as instructed on bottle. I would not worry for not having a BM is 48 hours. This is not unusual in the case of narcotics. Best wishes
