Good day my daughter is three and half months and is developing a mild rush on her face. we have been applying dermikelp itch relief cream. the rush disappears and surfaces mildly. do we need to consult a paediatrician or a dematologist?

Start with peds: Pediatricians see and handle more kid related skin issues than many dermatologists see in their usual practice. When I get stumped or treatment trials go nowhere I send them on to a derm or pediatric dermatologist (we have them).
