See below: Micopspec BV is Betamethasone 0.1% and Miconazole 2% but Micospec is miconazole alone. I would not recommend to use any cream unless the diagnosis is confirmed by a physician. Even though what you describ look like a fungal lesion (ringworm), may lesions may look alike and confirmation is required.
