Depends on symptoms: If you are having symptoms of estrogen deficiency such as vaginal dryness/atrophy, hot flashes, etc, ERT can be very helpful for short term systemic or local vaginal use.. Talk to your GYN MD who can discuss ALL of the risks and complications relative to your history and physical exams.
