Hormone evaluation: See a gyn specialist in menopause issues, surgical menopause occurs after removal of ovaries in a reproductive age woman. It can be very abrupt and difficult to manage. Proper evaluation and hormone treatment should be able to help you get back on track. Sometimes patients need additional types of therapy such as testosterone. Other issues like thyroid and depression should be addressed.
