Just had a (4 weeks ago)total hysterectomy at 46 due to bad endo. do you recommend hrt and what kind?

HRT: As there are rare but serious risks such as breast cancer and blood clot formation, you should understand these risks and they are acceptable to you. If you decide to have hrt, you should take the lowest effective dose of estrogen needed to relieve menopause symptoms for the shortest amount of time needed.

Hormonal Replacement: Hormonal therapy (ht) may be necessary after hysterectomy if both ovaries were removed. Extensive or "bad" endometriosis is not a contraindication for ht as long as most of the disease has been removed. Ht benefits your heart and bones. It also keeps the vagina and sexual response healthy. There's a small risk of residual disease activation. Consult with your physician.
