See ortho: You need to consult an orthopedic surgeon preferably one specialized in the spine regarding this. You are experiencing headaches which may or may not be from the spine. Yet you still need to find out if indeed these two conditions are related and treatable.

Second Opinion spine: You are awfully young to be having these issues, so we would need to know more. Yes, headaches can and often do arise of the neck. Have you had blood tests for arthritis? What previous surgery. Assuming you had a prior fusion, I would recommended flexion/extension x-rays and MRi, coupled by complete detailed history and exam by a spine specialist, such as a spine neurosurgeon. Get 2nd opinion
