Need follow-up: The most common reason is post-operative inflammation, which could last several weeks more. If you had a fusion, have x-rays performed to confirm that the hardware has not changed. Most of the time these flare-ups will respond to medications. Definitely follow up with your surgeon to discuss your symptoms.
