Hi. i have a swollen lymph node in my neck and one under both armpits. the ones under my arms are 100% symmetrical. is cancer usually symmetrical?

Probably not cancer: Especially at your age, the chances that this is cancer is near zero. Essentially everybody your age has a few palpable nodes. If they're not preposterously oversized, fixed to your other tissues, and you feel well, stop worrying and get on with the good, health-focused life you're living.

Doubt cancer. Mono?: No, lymphadenopathy (lymph node enlargement or inflammation) due to cancer usually would not be symmetrical. And at your age of 20, cancer is a lot less likely than an infection such as infectious mononucleosis, especially if you have also had sore throat or fever. In any case, definitely see a doctor for diagnosis (and probably strong reassurance). Good luck!
