Reflux Medications: You could consider, if you are able to take them considering your allergy profile and medications you currently take are: 1. Neutralizing medicines- such as Tums (calcium carbonate) 2. H2 blockers - such as ranitidine or famotidine 3. Proton pump inhibitors- such as omeprazole or lansoprazole Hope this helps!

It hurts to eat or drink anything. I have severe gas and indigestion in my upper chest. Constant burning and more severe when i eat or drink any thing. Pain is 8 on (1-10) scale. Gaviscon and Pepcid (famotidine) are giving minimal temporary relief.
