Your chest pain: You need to get an ekg and a chest xray. Perhaps other workup as your dr reccomends.

Likely: More than likely it is heartburn but if you start developing any nausea, sweating, or radiation of the pain you should seek expert consultation. To be safe, it would be best to see a physician so you can get an EKG and blood work.
