Normal Cortisol: levels range between 10 and about 50. Your level is high. Morning levels give the truest values, so your doctor is right to ask for a morning reading. Hope this helps!

Depends on units: 162 micrograms per deciliter is certainly high in the US. Are those the same units in Brazil? Cortisol levels highest in the morning.
