Emergency exam: You should take your baby to an Emergi Center or Emergency room for an immediate exam. Although your child does not presently have a fever the watery stools coupled with not drinking milk is dangerous. Your baby could become severely dehydrated in a short time. The sooner your baby is properly diagnosed & treated the better the chances for a full recovery.
