16 month old no fever not eating barely drinking vomited once crying out of no where lasting 2 hours runny nose for a week not ear infection. advice?

Vomiting child: I would consider food/lactose allergy. Is stomach distended? Could also be developmental disorder such as pyloric stenosis.

Be seen: She should be seen. It certainly could be due to the vomiting, but could be other things.

Viral gastroenteriti: He probably has a viral gastroenteritis. He may be experienc ing abdominleepain and consequently doesnt want to eat.
